Given the coronavirus pandemic and its impact on American society, Conifer Communications pledges for the next 60 days to:
(1) not terminate service to any residential or small business customers because of their inability to pay their bills due to the disruptions caused by the coronavirus pandemic;
(2) waive any late fees that any residential or small business customers incur because of their economic circumstances related to the coronavirus pandemic; and
(3) open its Wi-Fi hotspots to any American who needs them. (This service can be found in the parking lots of our offices)
Furthermore, we pledge to continue our commitment to the Conifer Network and maintaining social distancing. We are doing so by: offering support by phone and remote repairs, but not in-office interactions; limiting in-person service calls to hard outages; and maintaining flexibility in the scheduling of all new installations.
We thank you for your patience and understanding as our small team flexes to handle the strains of this jump in activity. Our team is doing all we can to answer and respond to all incoming calls and emails, even as unexpected power outages in Groveland have negatively affected our office phone system and our voicemail storage.
We are a community of friends and neighbors and we will continue to do everything within our power that we can to keep everyone safe and served.
Stay well, keep calm, and we will carry on!
